Terms of Service & Terms of Sale
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service and Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OnePageCheckout Pro website at onepagecheckout.pro (the “Site”), and your purchase and use of the OnePageCheckout Pro software plugin and related services (together, the “Products”). Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.
1. Who We Are
The Products are provided and sold by TrafficFlow GmbH, a limited-liability company incorporated in Switzerland (“TrafficFlow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
- Registered address: Staubstrasse 1, 8038 Zürich, Zurich, Switzerland
- Company registration no.: CHE-364.165.705
- VAT / UID: CHE-364.165.705
- Contact: support@onepagecheckout.pro
2. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms apply to all orders, licenses, and use of the Products. They form a binding agreement between you and TrafficFlow. Additional documents referenced here — including our End User License Agreement (EULA), Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy — are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the EULA regarding your rights to use the software code, the EULA governs.
We may offer certain purchases subject to additional or different terms presented to you at the point of sale. Where those terms conflict with these Terms, the terms presented at the point of sale prevail for that purchase.
3. Account Registration
Some features, including access to license keys, downloads, updates, and support, require an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- Keep your account details and billing information up to date;
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account; and
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us promptly at support@onepagecheckout.pro if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that are used in breach of these Terms.
4. Products, Orders and Pricing
OnePageCheckout Pro is digital software — a WordPress plugin for WooCommerce — licensed, not sold, to you. It is made available under two purchase models:
- Annual subscription: a license that includes software updates and support for a period of one (1) year, renewing as described in Section 5; and
- One-time lifetime license: a single payment granting a perpetual license, together with updates and support for the commercially reasonable lifetime of the Product.
Each license tier carries a per-site activation limit: Starter (1 site), Growth (5 sites), and Agency (unlimited sites). “Site” means a distinct live WordPress installation on which the plugin is activated.
Prices are stated on the Site and are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout, including EU VAT and other sales, use, or value-added taxes based on your billing location and status; where required, VAT may be collected under applicable EU rules. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by your jurisdiction that are not collected by us.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may decline or cancel an order, or correct pricing, where there is an obvious error, suspected fraud, or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel an accepted order for these reasons, we will refund any amount already paid for that order.
5. Payment, Renewals and Cancellation
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; by placing an order you authorize us and our provider to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including applicable taxes. You are responsible for providing a valid payment method and accurate billing details.
Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current renewal price at the end of each term, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account or by contacting support@onepagecheckout.pro; cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of the current term (see Section 8). If a renewal payment fails, the associated updates and support entitlement may lapse.
Lifetime licenses are charged once and are not subject to recurring billing.
6. License Grant
OnePageCheckout Pro is proprietary software distributed on the terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA). The underlying plugin code is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPLv2-or-later); certain assets and the license key, updates, and support services provided with your purchase are governed by the EULA and these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Product on up to the number of sites permitted by your tier, for the duration of your license. A summary of your rights and restrictions appears in the EULA, which you should read in full before use.
7. Delivery of Digital Goods
The Products are delivered electronically. After we confirm your payment, you will receive access to:
- a license key tied to your account; and
- a download of the plugin package, available from your account dashboard and/or by email.
Delivery is normally immediate but may take a short time to process. It is your responsibility to download the Product and store your license key securely. No physical goods are shipped. Because the Products are digital and made available immediately, you acknowledge that delivery begins as soon as your order is confirmed.
8. Updates and Support Entitlements
Your access to software updates and technical support depends on your purchase model and tier:
- Annual subscription: includes updates and support for one (1) year from the date of purchase, renewing with each paid renewal term.
- Lifetime license: includes updates and support for the commercially reasonable lifetime of the Product.
Support is provided in English through our designated support channels at support@onepagecheckout.pro and covers installation, configuration questions, and defect resolution for the Product. Support does not include custom development, third-party plugin or theme conflicts beyond reasonable diagnosis, or general WordPress/WooCommerce administration. When updates or support lapse, the Product will continue to function on your sites, but you will no longer be entitled to new versions or assistance until you renew.
A valid, active license key is required to receive automatic updates and support.
9. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. To the extent permitted by law and except as set out in the Refund Policy, this guarantee is your primary remedy for dissatisfaction with the Product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:
- resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute license keys or paid update/support services except as expressly permitted;
- circumvent, disable, or tamper with license validation or activation limits;
- use the Product to build or operate a service that competes with the Product by repackaging it;
- use the Site or Products in violation of any applicable law or the rights of others;
- introduce malware into, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to, our systems or other users’ accounts; or
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation in connection with an order or support request.
The GPL grants you certain freedoms with respect to the plugin code; nothing in this Section restricts rights you hold under the GPL, but the license key, updates, support, and use of our brand and services remain governed by these Terms and the EULA.
11. Warranties and Disclaimers
We take care to build reliable software and provide the Products with reasonable skill. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Products, the Site, and all related services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every configuration of WordPress, WooCommerce, theme, plugin, hosting environment, or third-party service. You are responsible for maintaining backups and for testing the Product in a staging environment before deploying it to a live store. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to the Products, the Site, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Products, the Site, or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the Product giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct. Because the Products interact with live commerce and payment flows, you are solely responsible for validating that your checkout functions correctly for your own store and customers.
13. Term and Termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Site or hold a license to the Products. You may stop using the Products at any time. Deactivating the plugin instantly restores the standard WooCommerce checkout, with no lock-in.
We may suspend or terminate your account, license, or access to updates and support if you materially breach these Terms or the EULA, fail to pay amounts due, or use the Products unlawfully. On termination for breach, your right to use the license key, updates, and support ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 — will survive.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction provided by law. Where you deal with us as a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and, where applicable, the courts of your place of residence.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Products, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through your account. Changes take effect when posted, or on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the Products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
