Because a checkout plugin touches the most important moment of your store, we make it easy to try with confidence: every first-time purchase is backed by our 14-day money-back guarantee. If it is not the right fit, tell us within 14 days and we will refund you.
This policy explains how the guarantee works, who is eligible, how renewals are handled, and the few sensible exceptions. It applies to purchases of OnePageCheckout Pro made through onepagecheckout.pro, sold by TrafficFlow GmbH, Staubstrasse 1, 8038 Zürich, Zurich, Switzerland (CHE-364.165.705 / CHE-364.165.705).
The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are a first-time customer, you may request a full refund of your purchase price within 14 days of the date of purchase. This applies to both annual subscriptions and one-time lifetime licenses, across all tiers (Starter, Growth, and Agency).
You do not need to justify your decision in detail — a simple “it’s not for me” is enough. That said, if something isn’t working the way you expected, we would love the chance to help first. Many refund requests turn out to be a quick support fix, and our team is happy to jump in.
Why refunds are easy with us
OnePageCheckout Pro is designed to be risk-free. Deactivating the plugin instantly restores the stock WooCommerce checkout, so you are never locked in. A refund simply closes the loop financially — your store keeps working normally either way.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward:
- Email us at support@onepagecheckout.pro from the address used at purchase.
- Use a subject line such as “Refund request” so we can prioritize it.
- Include your order number or license key so we can locate your purchase quickly.
- Optionally, tell us what didn’t work for you — your feedback genuinely helps us improve the product.
That’s it. Once we receive your request within the eligibility window, we will confirm by email and process your refund.
Eligibility
To qualify for the money-back guarantee, all of the following must apply:
- The request is made within 14 days of your original purchase date.
- It is a first-time purchase of the product (see renewals and exceptions below).
- The request comes from, or can be verified against, the purchasing account.
The guarantee covers your first purchase of OnePageCheckout Pro. If you have previously purchased and been refunded for the same product, a repeat purchase is not covered by a new guarantee period.
Renewals and Auto-Renewal
Annual subscriptions renew automatically so your updates and support continue without interruption. We don’t believe in surprise charges, so:
- We send a renewal reminder by email before each annual renewal, so you always know a charge is coming.
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard, or by emailing support@onepagecheckout.pro, to stop future charges.
- Cancelling before the renewal date means you will not be charged again; your license remains active until the end of the current paid term.
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases and is not intended to cover renewal charges. If a renewal is charged and you had intended to cancel, contact us promptly — within a few days of the charge — and we will look at it fairly and in good faith. One-time lifetime licenses do not renew and are not subject to recurring charges.
Exceptions
A few common-sense limits keep the guarantee fair for everyone:
- Requests made after the 14-day window has closed.
- Renewal payments, which are governed by the cancellation process above rather than the first-purchase guarantee.
- Purchases showing evidence of abuse of the guarantee — for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or license keys shared or resold in violation of the license terms.
- Any chargeback or payment dispute opened before contacting us — please reach out first so we can resolve it directly and quickly.
Because OnePageCheckout Pro is licensed under the GPLv2-or-later, the underlying code remains free and open-source software; the guarantee relates to your paid license, updates, and support, not to a return of the code itself.
Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, we issue it to your original payment method. We process approved refunds within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to post it.
When your refund is processed, the associated license key is deactivated and access to updates and support for that license ends.
Your Statutory Rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable law. Because OnePageCheckout Pro is a digital product delivered immediately, some jurisdictions treat statutory withdrawal rights differently for digital goods, but our 14-day money-back guarantee is designed to give you clear, generous protection regardless.
